sage’s sister company, wilson nurseries, has been cultivating a love of gardening in their 4 acres of greenhouses on a 25-acre campus in frankfort for over four decades. a time-honored tradition of growing, unusual and unique, new and classic plants, has made wilson nurseries kentucky’s ultimate destination nursery and garden center. created and nurtured with the energy, grit, continuous innovation and passion of a team of plant enthusiasts, they have married horticultural knowledge with uncompromising quality and inspired design to educate and entice you with every visit.
sage is located on the site of wilson nurseries’ original garden center where the building’s horticultural bones inspire the natural environment of our café. the outdoor patio & garden dining areas are in the footprint of our first greenhouse, which once housed soil & seed, clay pots and garden wares.
